MERTECH T8900 is an embedded barcode scanner. It is designed to read 2D and 1D codes. The device can be integrated into the work area or placed on a table. A wired connection is used to link to the base.
Specifications
The housing of the model is made of plastic and polycarbonate (ABC + PC). The shape of the housing is rectangular, and the panel color is black. Dimensions: 143*119*67 mm. The device weighs 209 grams. It includes protection against falls from a height of 150 cm. The level of protection against dust and moisture is IP54.

The MERTECH T8900 barcode scanner is specially designed for use in the E-Mark system and alcohol accounting according to EGAIS. It recognizes all known barcodes, including the DataMatrix code used for product labeling. Label scanning is conducted using SUPERLEAD technology.
The reader operates with 2D Image technology. It takes photographs of labels and recognizes codes using the built-in program. This model features a 617 K red LED backlight. The backlighting provides clearer photographs and faster recognition.
The device recognizes damaged and unclear labels. It easily reads small barcodes from cigarette packaging. Glare from films does not prevent scanning. The reader can collect data from screens and other complex surfaces.
