Interface cable with RS232 for scanner MERTECH 610 / MERTECH 2210

This interface cable provides two connection options for the barcode scanner. It has a standard USB connector and an additional connector for RS-232 protocol connectivity. The accessory is compatible with MERTECH 610 and 2210 scanners.

The RS-232 port is used to connect peripheral devices to PCs and specialized equipment. It is often found on older PC models. Connecting the scanner via this port allows you to free up the USB slot for other peripheral devices. RS-232 ensures proper signal reception and transmission over cable lengths of less than 15 meters.

The design of the interface cable complies with safety standards. We used high-quality metal conductors and polymer materials in its manufacturing. The polymer sheath protects the conductors from damage.

The cable's casing withstands mechanical loads, including tension, bending, crushing, and repeated twisting. Once the load is removed, it returns to its original shape. The degree of protection is designed for indoor use of the accessory. The cable must not be allowed to get wet or overheated, including due to exposure to sunlight.
