MERTECH 80 is a desktop thermal printer for printing receipts. The device is available in several modifications, differing by the available interface options. This version of the printer can connect to the cash register via RS-232, USB, RJ12, Ethernet.
Technical Specifications
The MERTECH 80 printer operates on the principle of thermal printing. The medium for information is a thermal receipt paper with a sensitive layer. When the heated thermal head touches the paper, the surface of the medium darkens.

The MERTECH 80 thermal printer can print linear and two-dimensional codes. Printing of linear barcodes EAN 13, EAN 8; ITF; UPC-A; UPC-E; CODEBAR; CODE 39, 93, 128 is available. It also prints two-dimensional barcodes PDF417 and QR.
The model includes a receipt cutter. Cutter resource: 2 million cuts. The thermal head can print 150 kilometers of receipts. The printer has a paper presence sensor and a lid open sensor. There are visual and audible indicators provided for operational control.
