The MERTECH G400 thermal transfer printer is suitable for label and receipt printing. This industrial-class model prints up to 30,000 labels per day. The printer can be used for printing excise stamps for EGAIS and E-Mark labeling codes, as well as for processing shipments to marketplaces.
Model Advantages
The industrial-class printer features a robust design. The thermal print head has a durability rated for 50 kilometers of receipts or labels. Eight sensors ensure the stable operation of the printing mechanism. Settings can be managed through a convenient display panel.
The MERTECH G400 model supports a wide range of page codes, fonts, and barcodes. It can print using PDF417, Data Matrix, and QR codes. The resolution of 300 DPI allows for printing fine text. Printing templates can be managed using the free Bartender software.
For computer connectivity, both wired and wireless interfaces are available. The standard configuration includes support for USB and RS-232. Ethernet, Parallel, and Wi-Fi connections are available as options.
The printer features a modern design with black and gray panels. A clear window on the body allows monitoring of the mechanism's operation and tracking the remaining ribbon supply. Changing rolls using the technology takes no more than 15 seconds.

The mechanism prints on adhesive labels and rolls made of paper, textile, or synthetic materials. The suitable ribbon width is from 30 to 100 mm. The compartment is designed for rolls with diameters of up to 230 mm and lengths of up to 450 m. The printing mechanism is compatible with wax, resin, or mixed material ribbons.
