Most sellers on the Kaspi.kz marketplace ship orders with Kaspi Delivery: pack the item, print the waybill, drop the parcel at a Kaspi drop-off point, and a courier takes it to the customer's door or to a Kaspi Postomat. This guide explains how Kaspi Delivery works for sellers in 2026: delivery options, drop-off points and their hours, Postomat locker sizes, rates, delivery times, packaging and claims.

Sellers who joined the Kaspi.kz marketplace after 15 June 2026 cannot offer pickup. For new sellers, Kaspi Delivery is the main option.
How Kaspi Delivery works
- The customer places an order on Kaspi.kz.
- The seller packs the item and prints the waybill.
- The seller brings the parcel to a Kaspi.kz drop-off point. The staff member checks the order and scans the waybill barcode in front of the seller.
- The seller scans a QR code on the staff terminal with a smartphone and gets an electronic handover certificate.
- A courier delivers the order to the address or to a Kaspi Postomat.
- Once the status changes to "Issued", the payment reaches the seller's Kaspi Pay account.
Kaspi Delivery is responsible for the item from the moment it is handed over. An order counts as handed over only after the staff member scans the waybill in your presence. A parcel simply left at the point is disposed of after 3 days.
How to enable Kaspi Delivery
In the Kaspi Pay app, open Kaspi.kz Store → Settings, choose your warehouse and set Kaspi Delivery as the city delivery method. Pick the days you will bring orders to drop-off points and save. Kaspi drop-off points: addresses and hours
Drop-off point addresses are listed in the Kaspi Pay app and on the map in the Kaspi partner guide. Tap a point on the map to see its hours and weight and size limits.

- Large items. Orders over 20 kg or 70 cm, and tyres, are accepted only at points without size and weight limits.
- Returns. Until you collect returned or cancelled orders from a point, it will not accept new parcels from you.
- Missed the cut-off? Bring the orders the next day. Frequent delays over 7 days add 1–3 days to the delivery time of all your orders.
Kaspi Postomat locker sizes
You cannot put an order into a Postomat yourself: drop it off at a Kaspi point, and a Kaspi Delivery courier places it in the locker.

Orders are stored in the Postomat for 3 days. If the customer does not collect it, the order is cancelled and returned to the drop-off point.
Delivery times and rates
On average, delivery takes 1 day within a city, 2–3 days to regional centres and 5–6 days to district centres.
The cost depends on the order amount, weight and destination. Rates from 1 January 2026, excluding VAT, in tenge:

The delivery fee, including VAT, is charged to your Kaspi Pay account only after the order is marked "Issued". If the customer cancels, you pay nothing for delivery.
For orders from 10,000 ₸ the rate depends on weight, so weigh parcels before shipping, for example on the M-ER 326 AC-32.5 Slim scale with a 32 kg capacity.
Packaging and waybills
- Waybill. Generate it under Orders → Packing → "Generate". The minimum size is A7 (105 × 74 mm), and the print must be sharp.
- One waybill per package. Never stick a new waybill over an old one.
- Multiple boxes. Enter the number of packages, and a waybill is created for each box.
- Seal. A tamper seal shows the item was not opened after shipping.

Claims for lost or damaged items
Claims are filed through the form in the Kaspi partner guide: within 10 calendar days for city delivery and 45 days for delivery across Kazakhstan. Compensation is 10%, 30% or 100% depending on the damage.
